For me, this past year was a combination of helping my daughter and son remain healthy in an environment that seemed to grow more polluted and filled with airborne sicknesses every day. It was a battle to ensure their well-being, and sometimes, it felt overwhelming. On top of that, I had my own health concerns to contend with, adding another layer of complexity to an already stressful situation. The weight of worry seemed endless at times, and I couldn’t help but wonder if we were ever going to find peace in the midst of it all.
But as the year came to a close, I realized something important: the worry I carried wasn’t serving me or my family. In fact, it was holding me back from experiencing the kind of life I want to live. And so, I began to release those worries. Slowly, I turned my attention to the universal law of hope and love, recognizing that in order to create a better tomorrow, I needed to trust in the possibility of healing, transformation, and growth.
Letting go of the weight of my fears didn’t mean abandoning my responsibilities or stopping the work I needed to do. Rather, it meant shifting my perspective—choosing to place my energy in more positive, hopeful directions. It’s not always easy, and it doesn’t happen overnight. But by practicing patience with myself, allowing space for self-care, and trusting that I have the strength to face whatever comes my way, I found my balance again.

It’s not easy, and it’s not always straightforward, but the courage and strength you carry are remarkable.
